   Is Pet365 insurance?

   No. Pet365 is a rewards platform, not insurance, a veterinary provider, or a healthcare provider.

   Do I receive cash?

   No. Reward Points are promotional points with no cash value and can be used for eligible products in the Pet365 Store.

   Which pet care activities and records are eligible?

   Eligible submissions may include records related to routine pet care activities, such as wellness exams, vaccinations, preventive care, and other qualifying activities. Eligibility is determined according to Pet365 Rewards Program requirements.

   Valid pet health bills and invoices from the past 1 years can all be submitted.

   How long does review take, and when will rewards be available?

   We aim to complete submission reviews within approximately 7 days, but timing may vary based on submission volume, completeness, and verification requirements.

   Eligible Reward Points will be added to your Pet365 account after review.

   Why is Pet365 a new platform?

   Pet365 is a growing U.S.-based platform focused on making eligible pet care records easier to organize and rewarding for pet parents.

   Which pets are eligible, and can I add more than one pet?

   Pet365 is available for dogs and cats. You can add multiple pets to your account and manage eligible pet care records for each pet.

   Pet365 is currently available only to pet parents located in the United States.

   What information do I need to participate?

   Depending on the feature you use, you may provide account and shipping information, basic pet information, and an invoice, receipt, or care record for review. Pet365 Reward Points are not cash payments and are maintained in your Pet365 account.

   How do I submit my information?

   Getting started is simple:

   1. Create your free Pet365 account
   2. Add your pet information
   3. Submit eligible pet care records
   4. We review your submission based on program requirements
   5. Eligible submissions may receive Pet365 Reward Points

   Pet365 Reward Points may be awarded for eligible submissions.

   How are Reward Points earned and used?

   After review and verification, members may earn 1 Pet365 Reward Point for each eligible dollar of verified care expenses. For example, $185 in verified eligible expenses may earn 185 Points, subject to a maximum of 500 Points per submission and the Program Terms.

   One submission can cover multiple services from the same visit (vaccines, exam, dental cleaning, and more) — select everything on the invoice and enter the total. Final point amounts are determined at review and are subject to program requirements. Reward Points are not payments or reimbursements of any kind.

   You can view your available points in your Pet365 account and redeem them for eligible pet products available in the Pet365 Store.

   Reward Points have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.

    My friend has pets too — can I refer friends and earn rewards?

    Yes. Through the Pet365 Invite & Earn Program, eligible participants may receive referral rewards when qualified referrals complete required activities. Invite Friends →

    How does Invite & Earn work?

    Share your unique referral link from your account dashboard. An eligible new member receives 10 Pending Points at registration. Those Points cannot be redeemed until the member's first eligible care record is approved. At that time, the 10 Points become Available Points and you receive 20 Available Points, subject to the Referral Program Terms. Invite Friends →

    Is Pet365 free to join?

    Creating a Pet365 account is free. There are no membership fees required to participate in the Pet365 Rewards Program. No credit card is required. Additional terms may apply depending on available products, services, or offers.

    We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to help protect personal information. No security method is completely secure. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

    What happens if my submission is not eligible?

    If a submission does not meet program requirements, we will provide information about the reason when available. You may update your submission if additional information is required.
